This cutting board is made of Walnut, Cherry, and Birch.
It has been finished with a mix of mineral oil and 100% beeswax, applied warm. I use end grain on the cutting surface, as it is most durable and also easiest on the knives. It also gives a nice pattern and texture to the cutting board.
